THE WOODLANDS, Texas, Feb. 05, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) – LGI Homes, Inc. ( LGIH) today announced 277 homes closed in January 2018, up from 172 home closings in January 2017, representing year-over-year growth of 61.0%.
This was only up 19% from 232 closings in Jan 2016. Remember the first few months of last year they were down due to lack of inventory. They certainly caught up last year, and may be able to do the same this year, but it would have been nice if they’d said something about how inventory is going now, especially since the CC isn’t for 3 more weeks.
