Last night on Real Time Overtime Bill Maher, Andrew Ross Sorkin amd Mark Cuban were discussing Laurene Powell’s recent WSJ Op-Ed saying that most billionaire charitable giving was just an exercise in acquiring power and influence, rather than “good works”.
Cuban said he does most of his charitable giving anonymously. Bill Maher asks, “Could you give us an example of that?”, to the laughter of the audience.
Cuban reples, "I won’t give you the name of the organization, but I fund a charity that helps people fight “prior authorization denials” by health insurance companies.
