MSFT just releases its latest quarterly earnings after hour, with total quarterly revenue growing 22%.
But of most interest to cloud company investors is the 50% growth in its Azure and other cloud services business. This represents an acceleration from previous quarters, although it was slightly helped by about 3% by the currency exchange rate. Cloud sales to businesses rose 36% and gross margin narrowed slightly to 71%.
