Good to keep an eye on it. I’m looking to stock up on Mulesoft so that could be a good opportunity.

What do you mean Mule lockout is coming to an end???

I have no idea, but perhaps if I read this I would.

MuleSoft Could Temporarily Sink When Lock Up Expires

It’s debatable what impact lockup expiry will have but the date allows insiders to start selling if they so wish. If they do then there’s usually a big drop. If they don’t then often it is taken positively. MULE was one of the larger IPOs of recent years so maybe the share price has been held back because of the anticipation of this event.

Bingo! From the article …

We recommend investors sell their position or consider shorting ahead of the expiration date.

Yep. I find it amazing, scary and oh, so sad, that the majority of we humankind seem to have missed the lesson on thinking for oneself. Somehow I can’t imagine my neighbor, Mr. Buffett, watching tv pundits and reading lightweight “financial” bloggers to see what he should buy. But I could be wrong.

Have cash, will take advantage.

Not too many people seem concerned as Mule was up 6% last week.

MULE took a big hit in early August, despite earnings that exceeded expectations.

I would hope that the lockout date has already been priced in, but you never know when bipolar Mr. Market is off his meds.
