He might be giving bad stock advice. There is some liability in that in his position as CEO. He never seems to regard or know the law.

Things have changed sine the Enron honchos pushed their stock on employees. “JCs” are not prosecuted anymore.

Pam Bondi is the AG. There is zero chance JCs will be prosecuted.
