Well, I live in Georgia. I like my little dot on the map. I’m a citizen weather watcher https://www.cocorahs.org/and think NE Georgia has some of the best weather outcomes in the country. It’s too hot and humid in the summer (but not as bad as Florida!), but almost everything else weather wise is pretty great. No tornadoes or hurricanes to speak of, no serious flooding because we are on the edge of the Piedmont, very little snow or ice, no mudslides, earthquakes; we did have serious drought earlier this century, but it seems to be over.

I WAS living in the ATL and surrounding area for almost 2 decades. My original “dot” is about a half an hour west of Augusta.

Years ago, I organized a Foolish Meet & Greet at a Chipotle in Sandy Springs. A traveling TMF from FoolHQ was even in town and planned to meet with us. It turned into an unmitigated disaster when said TMF Fool got sick BEFORE he ate his meal and emptied his guts in the restaurant. 
I understand the story became legend back in Fool HQ.

I’d try to make it. I’m more available starting in June. Anything around the north perimeter is convenient for me. I live in Brookhaven.
