Be interesting to see if the US govt puts restrictions on it due to the numerous military applications. Use as shields for soldiers–and maybe on a variety of military vehicles? If that tough, on undercarriage of vehicles for IEDs and mines.
Truly “bullet-proof” glass?
Car companies want it (weight savings and maybe a few other uses for inside the vehicle).
Was watching the news tonight. They had a story about saving money with home improvements. Then they had a mini-demo comparing two houses, one with a particular home improvement and the other without. That triggered yet another idea for the new glass. Not sure if Buffett would love or hate it. But, IMO, it should work based on the (as yet limited) information and capabilities of the new glass.
