Given the number of troops Russia has lost in Ukraine, where will Russia get the troops to fight this war with NATO?

Given how difficult the Ukraine War has proven to be for Russia; I believe it highly unlikely Russia has designs on other European nations.
I am sure that NK mercenaries several thousand miles from home and only a few hundred miles from Europe would be loyal to their overlords.
That might depend on how attached they are to people left behind.
So what if they desert? By the time they desert, NK would have burned the fuel and eaten the food traded for them. So NK will offer up more cannon fodder, for more food and fuel.

Of course, it is quite possible that Putin would like to move on past Ukraine and has selected advisors saying “sure, sure, we can do that”, while in truth it is completely silly … especially since so far it is far from clear that he can handle Ukraine.
