The challenge with NMM is figuring out operating vessels vs newbuilds. - Slide 11 has the data-point - 27 newbuilds (18 tankers, 9 container vessels)
- On charters (Slide 8) - first entry is for newbuilds (won’t show for several years). The renewals - all pretty decent
- Contract rev (Slide 12) - $3.9B is helpful/useful for vessel financing reasons. But, the bar charts provide additional color. Company seems to be in a good place for 2025, and 2026 is getting there. Backlog is weighted towards Container vessels and tankers
