So you believe that as long as one party is doing it it is ok but when the other party does the exact same thing it isn’t? That is very interesting.

Not only to say it is completely un-Constitutional. But it looks like even that does not matter to some people or they just do not understand the Constitution.

It’s not the party, it’s the people. There are people who I don’t agree with politically, but I do trust them. Shapiro is one name.

I don’t know this for sure, but I would speculate that Musk isn’t signing off on anything. He tells DT what the problem is, he or maybe the Treasury Secretary, does the legal signing off. If Musk was/is signing off on anything I don’t believe any of it would stand up in court.

Exactly so in 2 years you will have your answer. But in the mean time he is offering fraudulent buy out’s to government employees who will not be able to collect them.

When no money is paid, they sue as a class action. Who do they sue? Melon. And whoever authorized the original payouts. Then Congress will be forced to pay backpay and a lot more. Can’t claim immunity on a breach of a govt contract by the govt.

I wouldn’t like it. But I don’t like everything DT does either. I believe JB called me an ultramaga. And most posters here believe that means we agree blindly to everything that the party does. We don’t.
