Her tech fund had a good day today. Has it bottomed? Definitely not a value stock.

She runs growth and innovation based ETFs.
Her research is solid, but she is hamstrung by running a fund.
IMHO, balancing a portfolio does not make much sense.
Why water the weeds and pull out the flowers?

Best research (research of technology) not same as best stock performance.
Im reminded of the days when Value Line tried running mutual funds based on their advice.
They did not last very long.
