For the coffee fiends out there, assuming you have good beans, NOTHING improves coffee as much as taking control of your roasting.
- shortening the time from roasting to grinding to zip to a couple of days instead of god knows how long, and
- roasting to the exact level best for the bean and your taste
(and the crude “medium, dark, Italian” terminology is absurd)
Here is how to do it on the cheap!! And green beans last a long time if kept cool, dry, and dark.
