I just got a refill for a 90-day supply of the drug I had been paying cash for ($358 for a year’s supply in 2024.)
Express Scripts claimed they paid $2,835 for the 90-day supply and my co-pay was $15.
I bet they’re fooling a lot of people who don’t understand the arithmetic.

What arithmetic? They receive federal welfare payments, so they have no problems with money.
