04/29 Given the latest iteration of Pershing Square debuted today, I suppose it might be a little unfair. But, then again, very few IPOs start with a double-digit drop to start the day. Does this mean one gets a two-fer with the purchase? But down the road there are two separate entities available in the market?
One is buying shares of Pershing Square USA (PSUS), a closed end investment fund. But, there is an added twist - for every 5 shares in PSUS one gets a share of Pershing Square (PS), the owner of the management company that manages the fund.
