At the top of the linked page there is an “About” link that tells you all about who he is, educational and work background, what he’s done, his investing philosophy, and so forth. It has further links to his journey as an investor, as well as his LinkedIn page. He is just some guy on the internet who posted his thoughts on the company, not unlike the contributors on this board, in fact he mentions Motley Fool and could very well be a contributor to this or other boards.
