Active tanker charters - very strong
Very, very active container charters - especially for larger capacity vessels, rates much higher than I would expected; longer terms too.
The 4.5 - 5 year charters are likely new charters. But some of the others e.g. CMA CGM Racine, is likely an option. Whether new or option, those rates are stronger than I would have expected for a declining sector
