The small business I’ve used to pressure wash the pollen/mildew/insect nests/whatever off my house, driveway and porch furniture charged $100-150 for the past 15 years. Today it was $240. Luckily I just have this done once a year.

We’ve had our gutters cleaned out several years in a row. Still $149. Bug, termite and lawn fertilizer/weed killer services have not changed either for a couple years.
Property taxes stable. Couldn’t say about utilities because I never see the bills (wife is COO). Gasoline costs plummeted a year ago after selling our gas vehicles and adding Teslas.
