Overlawyering. The cautionary statement is longer than the rest of the article. It seems to me that lawyers need to get together and agree to a one sentence statement for announcements like this. For example, “All our forward looking statements are forward looking and not declaring that any forward statements are binding.” Even that is probably a bit too much.
