The OECD Nuclear Energy Agency recently published a report that tabulates each of the many small modular reactor designs that are currently in development. An article on the report below from World Nuclear News.
A link to NEA here. In the last half of the report, each SMR design is given a short description, and rated on each of 6 different yardsticks. Those yardsticks measure the current progress toward development, and are: Licensing, Siting, Financing, Supply Chain, Engagement, and Fuel.
Obviously, only a few of these 127 different designs will actually be built as working power plants. I feel there needs to be some consolidation in the SMR industry, to get the best minds and resources working on just a handful of different concepts.
