Putin is rattling his nuclear saber because the only other thing he can rattle are the lose marbles rolling around inside his head.
If Russia’s nuclear arms are in the same shape as the rest of the Russian military, they’re probably more dangerous to Russia than anyone else.

I just hope peace prevails in the end. If ever world leaders want a war, they should do it the Musk - Zuckerberg style. It will make for a much better world.

Yep there are no tactical targets for nukes.
If he uses one Putin will be eliminated. Dictators can not actually use them and go unpunished.
