I mentioned this in the other thread about Shopify’s share price moving due to Adobe buying Magento for $1.68B, but I figured it could have its own thread as well.
I don’t know all the details of this offering, but it would seem to be similar to the $450M offering Pure Storage had recently and the offering that Alteryx had last week. Getting cheap money while it is available, while likely not diluting shareholders, seems like a pretty decent idea overall.
