Tesla engineer attacked by robot at company’s Giga Texas factory

I wonder if that’s a Workman’s Comp injury?

Witnesses allegedly observed the robot at the Giga Texas factory pin the engineer and claw at his back and arm, causing a “trail of blood”

We don’t have to worry until attacking robots are able to finish the job. At that point it is Judgement Day.

Just wondering why you’re posting imbecilic garbage like this?

These are machines in the factory, industrial robots. They can’t even be imagined to “attack” anybody, any more than your kitchen blender. If you stick your hand in it and are thereby injured, did it “attack” you?

Industrial accidents are unfortunate and companies should do what they can to prevent them. But this is not even a story, never mind somehow news years after it happened.

Because it’s funny. Just like Elon Musk dressing up a creature actor in a leotard and having him prance around on stage as the Optimus Robot.

The robot was designed to handle freshly-cast aluminium car parts.

In other funny news a Toyota Corolla attacked a Cybertruck.

This is a “first”.
Cybertruck has now been “blooded”, although, with only minor injuries, it does not yet merit a “tear drop tattoo”.

Chill, friend. Everyone knows the robot didn’t physically attack somebody. It was one of them joke thingies.
