Runny nose, lets go with some nose spray, antihistamine, an antibiotic, we can take an xray,have you had the fluvax, steroid and take some tylenol/ibuprofen for any pain. Oh, you might have allergies so we can go with some nose spray, antihistamine, an antibiotic, steroid, have you had the fluvax, we’ll take an xray and take some tylenol/ibuprofen for any pain. This might be sinus infection so we can with some nose spray, antihistamine, an antibiotic, have you had the fluvax, we can take an xray, steroid and take some tylenol/ibuprofen for any pain. I’m thinking you have the flu so we can go with some nose spray, antihistamine, an antibiotic, steroid, have you had the fluvax lets get an xray and take some tylenol/ibuprofen for any pain Oh, rash -well I can give you some creams for that and lets see what happens. We as physicians are trained to cookbook illnesses shotgunning treatment and diagnostics. I worked in the operating room so wasn’t involved with that side of medicine but witnessed it every day in the workup for surgery…doc
