I wonder who the MBAs were that did not stop their pharmacists from filling those prescriptions. It is interesting just how much abuse corporate executives are cool with on a daily basis as the body bags pile up. No clue there was any liability? The pharmacists sure as hell knew there was a liability.
I forget now the technical issue in the law that made the pharmacies liable. But how could anyone expect to serve death up day after day with no repercussions?
