Euronav will transform into a mixed fleet of 120 vessels including tankers, dry bulk vessels and container ships.

Basically CMBtech is the vessels from many Saverys-backed entitities (CMB, Delphis, BoChem, etc) + Clean fuel infrastructure (Hydrogen, Ammonia) assets
Newbuilds include 24 Newcastemaxes, 7 tanker newbuilds, plus a few container vessels, and a bunch of offshore vessels
Might become an interesting idea once some vessels in the transitional side start delivering
