And, if we assume that only the USian bound Chinese production is moved to Mexico, Mexico is unlikely to stack up enough cash to challenge USian global hegemony.
If EU bound Chinese production only is moved to India, India is less likely, than China, to build up a big enough stack to challenge USian global hegemony.
