Went smoothly. My watch has thee W3 & U2 chips. Prepare & Verify time totaled 37 minutes. Install took 8 minutes.
Note: It is not possible to install the 26.4 watch app until after the iPhone 26.4 update.

I posted links to all the updates earlier today, I’ve done my iPhone, Mini Mac, and Watch, so far, all smooth, and backed up… Took some time, but seems solid, will do the AppleTV later…
