I agree. I do believe genetics play a large role in one’s health. I used to see a doctor that my wife worked with. She has always been amazed at my lab results, so she asked him how my numbers could be what they were. She told him with my diet some of the numbers should be off the charts. He replied, it’s all genetics.
No bungee jumping. He was always a very active person. He helped deliver furniture into his late 70’s. Raised a large garden into his 80’s. Got really mad when the family pulled his car keys in his early 90’s. He had a serious stroke about 6 months
before he died. He could no longer speak English, only his native German.
