I saw one of these on the road for the first time last week in Portland, Oregon. 
I saw a Fisker Ocean in south Florida a few weeks ago! I was tempted to take a photo, but I was driving at the time.
I have a neighbor here in Texas that had an Ocean early on. I’m not sure if it was sold or otherwise disposed of. This family splits time between here and Colorado and lately when here they have a Rivian R1S but with a Colo plate. The Ocean had a Texas plate. I haven’t ever felt compelled to ask about the Ocean but maybe will next time I talk to them
The Rivian R1S seem somewhat popular here at least. There are quite a few here now – probably more than the R1T.
