Wisconsin is a lagard. The surrounding states are doing much better at green electricity. Too many conservative leaders are responsible for the stupid energy management in Wisconsin.
The big southern states of Alabama, Arkansas, Tennesse, Kentucky, Mississippi, and Louisiana also are not making good energy mangement decisions.
Shouldn’t those state generation numbers be adjusted for population?

You are welcome to do that, but it will still show that these states are making bad decisions on electrical generation. They should be adding solar - cheapest electrical generation and reduces fossil fuel burning.
