That is a tough question. Some say they are fully valued, even over valued and can’t go up much from here.
On the other hand they are well managed industry leaders in what appears to be a high growth area.
Yes, as part of a diversified portfolio i would own some. I am not selling what i have. They do tend to do well. Nvida hit 522 yesterday after a year cycling in the 400s.
