Yes. The only problem is that a “certified anesthesiology assistant” is only a recognized credential in about 20 states, so you can’t work everywhere.

They work under the supervision of an MD, that’s the deep pocket. I’m pretty sure they can’t open up an independent practice and work as a contractor.

$100+k in cash needed up front… Unless the school finances the education. Which is rather improbable.
If you read the article she took out student loans. Then paid them off within a couple of years. She made a lot of very good decisions!

Absolutely! She’s saving 75% of her income. She says she’s not interested in retiring early, but she could quickly get to the point where she only needs to work 1 or 2 days per week.
