And probably termite proof!

How about earthquake proof? Concrete buildings don’t seem to do too well, when the ground is doing the “funky chicken”.

Steve

You’d just need to add rebar for reinforcement in earthquake zones. It’s unreinforced masonry buildings that have problems surviving earthquakes.

The Nimitz, after the quake that broke up the World Series in Frisco. I see lots of rebar.

Yep. But the old Nimitz highway wasn’t designed to resist earthquake forces, which are different from wind and motor traffic loads.

We have different design standards today.

Really cool. “Squeeze out walls like toothpaste”, lol, luv that quote. Looks a little like an adobe home. Might be a “hot” seller in wildfire zones, adobe resists the extreme temps, way more than wood constructed, probably the same with this concrete formulation. Low utility bills, soundproof, some real perks offered.

They have been around for a while. How are they doing? Are they investable? Who is the leader?
