Putin has introduced a type of nuckear weapon by attacking the Ukraining power plants. By not using nuclear bombs but instead taking over these power plants he has new type of weapon in the form of a threat nuclear contamination against Europe.

Winds do change. Chernobyl disaster in Ukraine spread radioactive fallout to Scandinavia, Poland, Germany, and many other countries west of Ukraine. The Sami people in Scandinavia had to kill their herds of reindeer and many people in the West could not drink mile from cows and goats for example.
