Hi,

While looking for reits with high growth I came across AIV, Apartment Investment and Management Co. Over 3 months it has grown by about 65% compared to about 27% for CTRE and 20% AMT and DRE. The growth figures for 1 month have similar differences, that for AIV being about 39%.

Any reasons for such high performance for AIV?

There is an activist involved in AIV, pushing the company for sale.

Correction!

I meant price growth, not revenue or income growth.
I have not checked if the price growth is because of growing revenue and/or income.
