It is not that China wont add to her ability with tech. China is entering a tech dark ages. A cruel new chapter.
America is entering a new age of prosperity and hope among human beings.

China is entering a period of economic challenges. The current mood is less optimistic than it was. But they still have a well educated hard working population.
I wouldn’t count them out. Merely slowed for a while.

When a country is not a democratic republic it is in rubble, shattered.
Xi and the prior dictators had western help. That is gone. There is nothing there.
An educated wo/man is a threat to someone like Xi. China is over. Really back to prior to 1985 in time.
Grown ups do not leave a Xi in charge.
