Well, this isn’t good, but of course Apple is appealing the ruling:
I wonder when and if the FTC case is going to drop. Wasn’t there supposed to have been something before now?

Between this and apparently a slow China marketplace, we’re taking a beating this week… 
There was also disappointment on dropping the Apple Car, seems to me as a relief, as all the support structure would have cost tons of $$$$…
iOS17.4 out only has minor changes for us in the US…
There’s supposed to be an Apple Event this month from last I heard. I sure hope the spec bump of the MacBook Airs to M3s wasn’t it for March! Also, Apple really needs to say a lot more about how they’re going to get involved in AI in a big way.
