I just got an email at the school I teach at offering Alteryx. It has some interesting links.
I’ve been meaning to send over the following for a few weeks, within SSC my team use software called Alteryx which is an advanced analytics and data science package.
They run a program called ‘Alteryx for Good’ where students can have a free education license to use the software in their studies. It may be that one of you IB classes might benefit from using it.
Alteryx note that students and educators implement their platform at universities and other academic institutions globally including Stanford University, University of California, Berkeley, University of Michigan, Harvard, Texas A&M, University of Sydney, and beyond.
Further details can be found via the link below, please share this with colleagues in your schools who may also be interested in using this free resource.
A use case in education is below:
If you’re interested let me know and I’ll introduce you to the Alteryx team who run this project.
Any questions, give me a shout.
