bad start, good middle

It made a great soup starter for lunch today. I heated chicken broth adn added some shredded napa, bean sprouts, a little soy sauce and sesame oil and a small “cake” of rice-based ramen (from the pandemic emergency rations collection :wink: And stirred in the leftover ma-po tofu to heat through–and sprinkled with gomasio (Japanese sesame seed, seaweed and salt combo). 2-3 cups of soup each. Good! And for dessert, fruit salad w/walnuts.
