Perhaps I should be following my stocks more closely but I noticed in my account a fairly significant dividend payment from my Blue Ridge Bankshares. (BRBS). A sixty cent dividend on a three and a half dollar stock? Nice. I guess the question now is whether it is still undervalued. I see in the recent quarterly release the TBV is $3.12.
Jim, do you still own these shares? I seem to recall that you did at one time. I would be interested in your view of them now.
Just curious but I like the payout for sure!

Jim highlighted this one when the stock was 3.05. Adjusting for the dividend received, the price is now over $4. I unfortunately wasn’t patient with this one.

I didn’t get around to buying BRBS unfortunately. It moved off ~$2.80 so fast, and was quickly at $4.20, before the special dividend of $0.60. Pretty nice gain in a year (Oct 24 - Oct 25) and it’s kinda been treading water since then, again adjusting for the dividend.
This is a Ken Lehman special. Eventually I expect him to sell it.

I got lucky and bought most of my position in the $2.90’s. I am with you though. Seems like the $0.60 payday took a lot of margin out of the price. Not sure yet but may be time to go….
