BRX: Brixmor buying at right price

This is one of my long-term holding of REIT which I sold in 8/1 at average price of $22.3. Subsequent to that the shares are down 10%. I have made over 12% CAGR including dividends, covered calls and capital gains. This doesn’t include periodic trading. Buying at right price, and dividend income can still produce decent long-term returns. If and when the recession arrives and this one gets below $17 or even closer to $15, I will be again buying. For now, I have moved to cash, even though the cash is not producing anything in the brokerage account.
