Add it to the cost of buyback and adjust the buyback price. There is dividend tax, companies/ individuals pay all the time.

I doubt it would slow WEB down and he is a master of tax code. Not a fan of this proposal at all. And they would drop a proposed tax increase on carried interest income to protect the interests of the hedge funds and PE folks! K Street as active as ever.
