There was also some interest in this stock.
One of the key issues for this company is possible fall out from the King vs. Burwell Supreme Court case, ruling expected out late this month. I have a call into Investor Relations at Centene to discuss. They will also likely address this issue in their June Investor’s Day presentation.
It may be difficult for anyone to fully assess the risks here, since there is heavy political involvement. There is continued discussion about how Congress and the President will respond if there is a ruling coming out of the Supreme Court that strikes subsidies (effectively making the individual mandate unworkable.)
