I sold my little CNC position today. Mostly, the United Health comments about the managed health care insurance on the state exchanges were enough to get me to throw in the towel on this one. Maybe that’s backwards. Maybe CNC will pick up market share. But there may be a circle of higher premiums, fewer healthy people enrolling, losses on the sicker insured and higher premiums… I will sit it out at least until the enrollment period is over and results are in.
