this is quite interesting, and expose some of the investment opportunities that exist in China, at least for some who are well positioned and can see what is really going on as opposed to be subjected to the propaganda on China by many western media.
Tepper, Dalio and the like can see what’s going on in China much better than most of us can.

I had a long conversation about investing in China a year ago. The gentleman had a son working in China for a US manufacturer. The son knew Chinese and translated the government proclamations. Long lists of goals. Seemed so easily reached those goals. That is not true today.
If you do not mind endless government intervention best of luck.
