Tesla Crash Data (see chart – not pretty)

Did you buy the FSD package?
I have a free one-month trial.
At my time of purchase, used vehicles with full FSD installed were about $4,000 more than a similar vehicle without FSD.
Still, that’s half the cost of $8,000 for full FSD on a 2025 Tesla.
In the video, Musk says that FSD may require the latest “Hardware 4” package to actually work, and he promised to retrofit older vehicles will full FSD to Hardware 4. Analysts say that will be expensive.
I noticed that TSLA stock is up 5% today in spite of the disappointing sales numbers.

Ok so you have HW3, how much will it cost you to buy it. $8000 dollars?
Tesla isn’t selling the $8,000, one time payment package to used Tesla owners. It’s a $99/month subscription fee if you want to keep it after the one month free trial.
If I was going on a long road trip for a month, I’d activate it for that month and then cancel when I return home. I don’t typically drive enough around town to make it worth $99/month.

That makes sense. Not even worth $8,000 dollars if they will lease it for 99 dollars. It would take a lot of trips for that much money.
