I am not sure how I feel about this but I am intrigued. Initially I thought the push would be for annual - which I think is a bad idea but semi-annual…maybe. This would likely mean that dividends would also move to semi-annual as well.

The obvious problem is longer time before one knows what is going on. Good stuff they might announce, but bad stuff?

While at the same time, it might make TPTB less focused on trying to hit a quarterly number and instead focus more long term. It might also remove some volatility from the markets due to that removal.
