Yes, I’m sure it’s “well worth watching”
Here is a statistic that’s “well worth reading”:
In 2024, Delaware experienced a significant increase in incorporations, with its number of registered companies growing by over 275,000. This growth resulted in a net gain of 85 publicly traded companies in the state. Additionally, Delaware is home to over 2 million business entities, including nearly 67.6% of Fortune 500 companies.
Hell is populated by bad people.

At an hour long, I think I’ll pass on viewing. But I’ll comment anyway. Generally there have been grumblings about Delaware since Elon packed up his toys in a huff and left. But one of the reasons corporations like Delaware is because of the court system. Typically, corporate cases are not heard by a jury, instead they are heard by a chancellor who is an expert in corporate law.
I understand Texas is trying to set up something similar in order to attract corporations there, but then you have a similar situation to Delaware.
Makes sense. It’s all about the race to the bottom. Who “burdens” the “JCs” the least.

What you are missing by saving an hour of your life is how the Delaware court is working now as compared to few years back.
No. The difference is the reason I posted the video.
True, but which JCs? Management or shareholders? If you have shares in your portfolio, you might find the video most interesting.
