I have been watching for the Difficulty Bomb or transition to Proof of Stake from Proof of Work set to happen in June. Perhaps.
It turns out PoS and PoW are working now on the blockchain. A complete switch over to PoS will happen at some point. This makes it far less risky for me as a seller. There will be no surprising glitch.
The other thing that is happening, the smart money is buying in low right now. Selling NFTs to smarter shoppers means seeing them potentially change hands/flip for more money as people come into the marketplace this year. I would get royalties.
