The vaccine greatly reduces the recurrence of cancer.
One of my sisters has had melanoma twice. Each time it was caught early. That helps greatly. I think she has had this vaccine.

The Keytruda part for Merck could be a good deal. Google: In the U.S., Keytruda’s core patent is scheduled to expire on March 26 2026, with the last of several secondary patents expiring in September 2028
Moderna seems to have the new element that should be patentable. That is the investment opportunity. And the stock is up a bunch. But its only preliminary data. And must be customized to each patient making it expensive and maybe limiting profits.
Maybe more important as a lead for more research. Profits could be years away,
